These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy. By using our services, applicants agree to comply with these terms.
Alpha Business Group Limited T/A British University Educational Consultancy is an educational advisory service that assists applicants in applying to universities and colleges. We provide guidance on course selection, document preparation, and university admissions processes. We process applications based solely on the information provided by the applicant and do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.
These Terms and Conditions will commence upon acceptance by you (whether by signing or clicking accept) and will continue until the date on which we have completed the supply of the services to you (as reasonably determined by us).
Applicants are responsible for submitting accurate and complete personal and academic information. British University Educational Consultancy will process the application based on the data provided by the applicant. If any false, inaccurate, or misleading information is discovered, British University Educational Consultancy reserves the right to cancel the application or terminate the relationship with the applicant, with no liability for any losses or claims resulting from the cancellation, subject to clause 5.
Alpha Business Group Limited, trading as British University Educational Consultancy, hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility for student applications submitted to the Student Loan Company (Student Finance England). It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all personal information, declarations, and documentation provided to any organization involved in the funding or admission process are accurate, complete, and authentic. Alpha Business Group Limited assumes no obligation or accountability for any consequences arising from inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or discrepancies in the application materials submitted by the applicant.
Subject to your consumer law rights, we do not guarantee that you will successfully obtain a place in a university.
The applicant is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal and academic qualifications submitted are accurate and authentic. Any qualifications or documents submitted must meet the requirements of the chosen educational institution. British University Educational Consultancy is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of these documents.
British University Educational Consultancy does not retain original documents or certificates from applicants. We will only keep copies of original documents required for the application process. These copies will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of processing applications, and in accordance with our privacy policy.
If the applicant withdraws their application during the processing period, this will be governed by the withdrawal and cancellation policies of the relevant educational institution. Withdrawal from a course for reasons not covered by the institution’s policy may result in a flat fee of £500 to cover the administrative and processing costs incurred by British University Educational Consultancy.
This clause will survive expiry or termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Once an applicant is accepted into an institution, the applicant will be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective university or college. British University Educational Consultancy is not responsible for any issues related to the university's policies, such as tuition fees, visa requirements, or academic regulations.
British University Educational Consultancy complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016. Personal data collected during the application process will be used solely for educational purposes. Applicants consent to the processing of their personal data for application purposes and any necessary follow-up communications. Special Category Data, as defined under GDPR, may be processed as needed to fulfill the services offered.

Our consultancy services are free of charge for applicants unless otherwise stated. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation as mentioned in section 5, administrative or processing fees may apply. Any payments required for university applications, tuition fees, or related costs are the sole responsibility of the applicant and are governed by the policies of the respective educational institution.
This clause will survive termination or expiry of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; and
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to and without limiting the applicant’s consumer law rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, British University Educational Consultancy will not be held liable for any losses that the applicant suffers that are not a foreseeable consequence of the failure by British University Educational Consultancy to comply with this Agreement.
Subject to and without limiting the applicant’s consumer law rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, British University Educational Consultancy will have no liability to the applicant for any consequential losses, , or any loss of admission opportunities (except to the extent caused by our negligence). Additionally, we are not responsible for the decisions made by educational institutions regarding admission or scholarships or for any other events or circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.
Subject to the above clause and without limiting the applicant’s consumer law rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our total liability for all liability arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be limited to £500.
This clause will survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Applicants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
